Navigating around the site
All our products are organised into categories and subcategories - use the menu on the left to look through them.
When you click on each category on the menu it will open up to display its subcategories and a landing page will appear with our feature products; clicking on the subcategory will display the products in that subcategory.
Each product is displayed with a diagram or photo, a pricing table which shows the price points for each variation of the product and a QTY box where you can enter the quantity that you require.
Don't forget to click on ""Add to Basket" after you've entered a quantity.
If you want to see a more detailed view of a product, click on the "zoom image/more info" button located just below the product photo.
How to use the shopping basket
To place a product in your basket, first enter the number you require in the 'Qty' box and then click on the "Add to Basket" button.
The shopping basket panel on the top right hand side will then be displayed showing that product and all the other products you have added.
Once you have finished shopping, click the checkout button.
How to view your shopping basket
You can see the number of items in your basket and the total order value by looking at the top right hand side of the site where the secure shopping basket panel is located.
You can change the quantities or remove items from your basket whenever you like. You must click on "Update Basket" after you change the quantity.
You can also delete items from the basket by clicking on the delete icon next to item. If you would like to delete the whole basket then click on the empty basket link.
How to save your shopping basket.
In order for this to work our website will send a harmless text file called a cookie to your computer. This cookie contains a unique reference number that we can use to identify you and retrieve the contents of your shopping basket when you return.
Please note that the cookie will only be used to identify you for the purposes of retrieving your saved basket. Cookies are harmless text files and cannot damage your computer in any way.
Your stored shopping basket will be kept for 30 days. To save your basket, click on the save basket link in the secure shopping basket panel located on the top right hand side. Then click on the ‘Save the contents of your basket’ link.
How to retrieve your shopping basket
Once saved the contents of your basket will be stored. You will be able to retrieve them if you return to this site within the next 30 days.
Remember - our site has placed a cookie on your computer so that it knows which basket is yours when you return. If you delete your cookies your stored basket will no longer be available.
To retrieve your basket, click on the save basket link in the secure shopping basket panel located on the top right hand side. Then click on the ‘Click here to retrieve a previously stored shopping basket’ link.
Alternatively, if you want to remove your saved basket then click on the link below.
Finding out more about a product
To enquire about one of our products click on the "product Enquiry" link located under each product description. Then complete the form for you to fill in and send to us with your enquiry.

How to tell other people about a product
We make it easy to send the details of our products to your friends, colleagues and workmates. Simply click on the "Email product to a friend" link located to the right of each product.
This will display a form that you can fill in and it will send an email to the address you supply. Don't forget to enter your name so the recipient knows who sent the details to them.
You can send a link to an entire product category by clicking on the "Email this Page" link at the top of the page.
How can I get your catalogue?
Simply fill in your details using the "Order Catalogue" page which is accessed via the link in the top menu.
Print Page
You can print out the page of products by using the "Print page" link located to the right of each product.
You can print the details of all products in a category by using the "Print this Page" link located on the links bar just below the basket towards the top right of the site.
